On the nose, it unfolds a complex aroma that combines citrus notes, white peach, and floral hints, highlighting green apple, pear, pineapple, and citrus fruits. On the palate, its smoothness, breadth, and freshness are intertwined with fruity and mineral notes, supported by a natural acidity that makes it refreshing. Its time in oak and work on the lees bring elegance and creaminess, with soft tannins. A round wine, ideal for grilled or barbecued meats, and an excellent value for money.
Este vino excepcional de la Bodega Salentein es elaborado con uvas de viñedos propios. Con un 95% de uvas de Finca La Pampa a 1,300 m.s.n.m. y un 5% de Finca San Pablo a 1,500 m.s.n.m., su carácter se destaca por su suavidad, amplitud fresca, notas cítricas y durazno blanco. La acidez natural y el toque de roble le aportan elegancia. Una joya de Salentein.
