Description
Deep ruby red with hints of violet. Bright and highly intense, with good density in the glass.
Sophisticated and complex nose, with hints of ripe red fruits like raspberry and black cherry, accompanied by spicy undertones of white pepper and thyme. The aging process contributes subtle mineral and earthy notes, with a backdrop of graphite and bitter cocoa.
Engaging and fresh entrance, with a vibrant acidity that highlights its high-altitude profile. Firm yet silky tannins, with a balanced structure and great persistence. A spicy and mineral aftertaste is perceived, with a long and elegant finish.
